Point - Shirley Diane Besherse, 66, of Point, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026 in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8 at Etter Lake Cemetery, with Rev. Lucas McManus officiating. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Shirley was born Dec. 7, 1959 in Greenville, Texas to Donald McBride and Aline Owens. She married Timmy Besherse on Sept. 22, 2007 in West Tawakoni.
She is survived by her husband, Timmy Besherse; children, Jennifer Besherse and husband Gary, Lucas House and wife, Bernice and Sarah Lindemann and husband, Dalton; brothers, Coy McBride and Ricky McBride; sister, Birdie Samples, Darlene Elmore, Patsy Jones, Shirlene Fitzgerald, Rachel Tadlock, Ruth Ann Winkle, Brenda McBride, and Debra Barton; grandchildren, Tommy House, Kevin House, Piper Besherse, Colton Besherse, Mason Besherse, Jasper Lindemann, Jaxson Lindemann and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Milton McBride and Donald McBride; sisters, Nina Bell and Glenda McBride.
