On this day the anniversary of my birth I reflect on the woman who gave me life. She would tell me the story of my birth and how she was asked to choose between her living or giving birth to me. She would say how she felt when she held me for the first time and how happy it made her. She would boast about how proud she is of me now and tell me how much she loved being my mother. All I have now is my memories but I still feel her love.

I love you too Mom, my your soul rest in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Mary in person but I did talk with her on the phone for an hour and by the time we hung up we felt like we knew each other. I have had the opportunity to know her and the family by working with Laura and Billy. I pray that the family heals and feels comfort in your sweet name Jesus. Please be with them. AMEN
