Jessieville, Arkansas - Justin Thomas Davidson Jr, 84, of Jessieville, Arkansas passed away January 5, 2026. He was born November 17, 1941, in Alice, TX, to Justin Davidson and Doris Davidson-Rogers.

Justin was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Jan Davidson-Starling

Survivors include his loving wife Sherry Davidson, Sister; Teena Ross Harsh of Wichita, KS sons; Justin Thomas Davidson III, Ashley Davidson both of Greenville, TX, daughters; Candice McCorkle of Lone Oak, TX, Cherish Rodden of Kemp, TX, Shannon Luke of Jessieville, AR, and Amenda Henderson of Greenville, TX. 9 Granddaughters, 7 Grandsons and 1 great grandson as well as several nieces and nephews.

Tom Lived in El Dorado AR, Tom went to Southern State College and graduated with a bachelor's degree. He taught 8th grade earth science for many years. Referred to lovingly as Mr. "D" by his students, he kept in touch with them throughout his life. Tom loved gardening, the razorbacks, fishing and teaching Sunday school. Tom played the guitar masterfully and could sing. Tom wrote many songs and could heard telling stories with melodies in his office and penning his most heartfelt thoughts to paper in his poems.

Tom and his brother Jan enjoyed their annual fishing trip to Lake Ouachita sharing stories and making memories.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Caruth Village Funeral Home.

A celebration of Justin's life will be 10:00 AM Friday at Caruth Village Funeral Home with Pastors Jay Davis and Jason Hammock officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are Justin Lines, Brian Davidson, Nathan Henderson, Charles McCorkle and Seth Davis.
