Jasper Ray Northcutt, 74, of Emory passed away Nov. 12, 2017.
Funeral service is scheduled Saturday, 2 p.m., Nov. 18, at the First Assembly of God Church in Emory. Interment in Smyrna Cemetery will follow the service.
Visitation will be Friday, 6-8 p.m., at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home in Emory.
Jasper was born Aug. 2, 1943, in Emory, to John Marvin and Frances Ecra Harrell Northcutt. He graduated from Rains High School and Texas A&M. He proudly served our country in the United States Army and was awarded a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star Medal for Valor. He worked most all of his life as an electrician in Rains County.
Survivors include sisters Alice Northcutt of Springfield, Mo., Virginia Northcutt of Emory, and Avis Northcutt Huizar of Emory; and numerous other loving family and friends
