Heidi Renee Donaldson
Heidi Renee Donaldson, 63, of Greenville, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025 in Greenville, Texas.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 2 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Butch Bruton officiating. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 1 at the funeral home.
Heidi was born Feb. 4, 1962 in Memphis, Tennessee to Charles Woodfin Evans, Sr. and Sheron Ann Richardson Evans. She married David Donaldson on April 3, 1980 in Folkestone, England. Heidi and David Lived in England for six years in the small town of Bordon before moving to Greenville, Texas.
Heidi had a number of dogs over the years that she loved dearly. She loved to travel; she visited most countries in Europe, all over the U.S. and Canada, her brother Chuck in New Zealand. Heidi also bowled for many years and went to state and national tournaments.
One of her greatest joys was to teach the children about Jesus in children's church. She worked for L-3 Communications.
She is survived by her husband, David Donaldson, mother Sheron Evans, sister Gena Evans and brother Charles Evans Jr.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Evans Sr. in 2014.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
