On Sunday, March 24, 2024, Glenda passed from this earth into the gates of heaven. Glenda was born July 5, 1938, to Guy and Lois Jarred of Winnsboro, Texas.


On July 25, 1956, she married the love of her life, Wyndell Presley. To this union three sons were born, Michael, Mark and Mitchell.


Glenda was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, sister and friend. She was also a devoted employee to Ennis Tag and Label plant for 17 years. She and Wyndell were married for 63 years.


Glenda was a member of the Bailey Church of Christ. She was a proud preacher's devoted wife for 60 years; she was a sweet and gentle soul that was loved by so many and will be greatly missed. Her pride and joy listed from her sons, Mitch and Mark, was her "Stuff" house. Her house was filled with family treasures, heirlooms and sentimental "Stuff".


Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Wyndell and devoted son Michael.


She is survived by two sons, Mark and wife, Debra of Fox, Arkansas, Mitchell and wife, Anne of Stillwater, Oklahoma, daughter-in-law, Robin of Dallas and a bonus son, Joe Lowry and wife Deborah of Wolfe City. She was blessed with 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
