Derrell Wayne Felts Obituary
Derrell Wayne Felts, 88, of Greenville, Texas, passed away on March 15, 2025 in Greenville, Texas.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home, with Rev. Roger Ratliff officiating. Interment will be in Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. until service time.
Mr. Felts was born Feb. 22, 1937 in Hunt County, Texas to W.D. Felts and LaVerne Mayo Felts. He married Shirley Moore in Greenville, Texas on Sept. 22, 1953. He was self-employed in furniture sales and was a member of VanSickle Baptist Church. He proudly served and was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his son, Phillip Felts of Fate, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Felts in 2008; son, Aaron Felts in 2015; and his parents.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Abbott, Jason Norfleet, Michael Tull, Jeff Jones, Jeff Mize and Duane Gaulden.
