Danny Leslie Miles of Leonard, Texas, passed away on July 31, 2024, at the age of 74. He was born to Leslie Miles and Winnie (McManus) Miles on April 16, 1950, in Dallas, Texas. Danny enjoyed music, snow skiing and camping with his family and friends. While he loved the water, he stuck to lakes as he was fearful of the ocean after watching Jaws in the 70s. He worked at American Honda for almost 30 years. He spent his retirement years riding around on his Harley and watching NASCAR races with his Yorkie, Banjo.
Danny is survived by his daughter, Sara Cox and husband, Kevin and granddaughter, Charlotte; brother Ricky Miles and nephew Lucas Miles and niece Allie Sooter and a loving host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Winnie Miles.
A remembrance gathering will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home, located at 701 North Cedar Street, Leonard, Texas 75452
