Caddo Mills - Claudia Pearl (Jones) Rector, affectionately known as "Pearl," age 73, of Greenville, Texas, passed away on Sept. 24, 2025.

Claudia was born Oct. 25, 1951 to Wyatt Jones and Bonnie Mae Lewis in Fresno, California. She dedicated her life to caring for others—both as a certified nursing assistant and as a devoted homemaker. Her compassionate spirit and strong faith were evident in everything she did.

A faithful member of Full Gospel Holy Temple in Greenville, Claudia loved to study the Bible and spent many years teaching Sunday School, pouring wisdom and love into every lesson she shared. Her faith was the foundation of her life and a guiding light for her family and community.

Family was everything to Claudia. She was known for her warmth, her laughter, and especially for her love of cooking during the holidays—bringing everyone together around the table with meals made from the heart.

She is survived by her loving children, Latrice Renfro and husband Chuck, and Chad Rector and wife Luisanna; her cherished grandchildren, Aubrey Jones, Kameron Jones, Khole Jones, and Brandie Renfro; and great-grandchildren, including Ava Jones and Ka'Zyn Alex. Claudia also leaves behind her beloved siblings: Wilson Jones (Ruby), Nathan Jones (Lois), Willie Fletcher, Connie McCurdy, and Devon Jeffrey (James); along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her children, LaPrecisha Rector and Darrell Jones; and her grandson, Brandon Renfro.

Claudia's life was a beautiful testament to faith, family, strength and unconditional love. Her legacy will continue to live on in all those she touched.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m. at Lynch Funeral Home Chapel in Caddo Mills, Texas.
