Carole "Jeanie" Mize, 75, of Caddo Mills, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Jan. 30, 2024.

Jeanie was born July 2, 1948 to Margaret and Ruel Sanders in Greenville, Texas.

Jeanie was a long time member of Faith Bible Church, where she loved to worship her Lord and Savior. She worked at Brenda's Hair Factory for many years before retiring.

Jeanie is survived by her sons: Jeff Mize and wife Jerri, Randy Mize and wife Christine; daughter, Christina Holt and husband Allan; grandchildren: Meghann Holt, Lindsey Holt and fiancé Nicholas Scott, Joshua Mize, Tyler Mize and wife Christine, Whitney Jones and husband Kenny, Jordan Richards and husband Erik, Caden Mize; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jeanie was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Lee Mize in 2019; her parents; sister, Patricia Ann Abla; and two brothers, Mike Sanders and Danny Sanders.

A funeral will take place Friday, Feb. 2, at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills, starting at 2 p.m., with visitation taking place one hour prior at 1 p.m.

Pallbearers are: Tyler Mize, Joshua Mize, Jack Mize, Rich Sanders, Nick Scott, and Jackie Mize.

Jeanie will be laid to rest next to her husband at IOOF—Caddo Mills.
