Audrey Margaret Fratzke Clinton, 91, passed away April 28, 2022 in Plano.

Audrey was born Jan. 2, 1931 in Independence Iowa, to Edmund Martin Fratzke and Florence Isabelle Kemp. She attended the Lutheran Children's Home, Mitchell County Public School, and St. Ansgar High School, where she graduated.

She married the love of her life, Edward W. Clinton, on April 14, 1950 in Waterloo, Iowa. She worked as a homemaker, cashier and factory worker. She later became a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

Audrey enjoyed cooking, gardening, dancing and traveling. Many knew this very kind lady simply as momma and she treated them as so. She will be missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by her sons Eddie Clinton of Denton, Texas, Monte Clinton and wife Maggie of Alba, Texas, daughters Pamela Stuart of Greenville, Texas, Victoria Combs of Quinlan, Texas, Lanita Wilkinson and husband John of Wolfe City, Texas, grandchildren, BJ Vance of Quinlan, Texas, Kevin Walton and Lori of Forney, Chrease Okelberry and Dixon of Sherman, Texas, Codie Thompson Vance and Delia of Greenville, Texas, Jimi Stuart and Barbara of Richardson, Texas, Bobbi Clinton and Juan of Allen, Texas, Danielle Walters and Jeff of Wolfe City, Texas, Jamie Clinton and Corey of Alba, Texas, Markus Combs of Quinlan, Texas, Dustin Combs and Shawna of San Pedro Ca., Dacey Kleijbeuker and Jarno of Dallas, Texas, Christopher Clinton of Denton, Texas, Cecily O'Connor and Colin of Milwaukee, Wi, Kory Wilkinson and Virginia of Plano, Texas, and Koby Wilkinson of Wolfe City, Texas, 25 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren, along with many extended family and friends.

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Edward Clinton and parents Edmund and Florence Fratzke, two sons Robin and Roger, brothers Lloyd and Bill, two sisters Agnes and Frances, foster parents Otto and Hattie.
