Mary Emma Driggers, 73, of Greenville, passed away Jan. 24, 2017, at Mesquite Specialty Hospital in Mesquite. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 26, at Redeemer Lutheran Church with Rev. Debra Leone officiating. Funeral services are under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., today, at the funeral home.
Mary was born June 22, 1943, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Harry E. and Wilma Irene Jensen Krueger. She married Dorsey L. Driggers on June 9, 1962, in Duluth, Minnesota. She worked as a homemaker and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Greenville.
Mary is survived by her husband, Dorsey L. Driggers of Greenville; son, Jeffery L. Driggers and wife Rachael of Greenville; daughter, Tammi L. Byrd of Greenville; brother, Edwin H. Krueger; grandchildren, Megan Wiruscheske and husband Garrett, Sean Driggers and wife Laura, Nathan Byrd and wife Lindsay and Morgan Vestal and husband Marc; two great-grandchildren and two more on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Greg Babb, James Babb, Michael Blue, Nathan Byrd, Sean Driggers, Marc Vestal and Garrett Wiruscheske.
