Patricia K. Baker, 92, of Greenville, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2017, at her daughter's home. Service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m., Thursday, until service time.
Born April 22, 1925, in Milwaukee, Wis., she was the daughter of Edward Klein and Viola (Gustin) Klein. In 1945, Patricia married Francis Reeves, who preceded her in death in 1973. On Sept. 5, 1974, she married Lyndall Baker, who preceded her in death in 2011.
Patricia was a retired interviewer for the Texas Employment Commission and was a member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church. She loved playing the violin and played in the church orchestra in Garland and with the Northeast Texas Symphony. Patricia was an avid golfer and loved playing with her husband Lynn. She loved and served well her family, her church and her Lord.
She is survived by her sons, Philip Reeves and wife Carol and Paul Reeves and wife Rina; daughter, Laura Rodgers and husband Craig; grandchildren, Sasha Reeves, Jeff Reeves, Brian Rodgers and wife Erika, and Eric Rodgers and wife Abby; and step-sons, Glen Baker and wife Dessie, Johnny Baker and wife Debbie and Lynn Baker (deceased).
Pallbearers will be Paul Reeves, Craig Rodgers, Brian Rodgers, Eric Rodgers, Glen Baker and Johnny Baker.
