Nona Yarbrough, 81, passed away Feb. 4, 2017, in Greenville.
Nona was born in Georgetown, Texas, to Roy Kimbro and Clara Burrill. She enjoyed bingo and soundly beat all the "older" ladies at the nursing home. She will be missed by all those who called her Mother, Momma, Mommie, Meemee, Grandma Nonie, Aunt Nonie or Friend. She was a member of Vansickle Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Danny and wife Ninon Littleton and Steve and wife Lanita Littleton; daughters, Mary and husband Willie Bryant, Patricia Littleton and husband Ray and their daughter, Rhonalda Gay; sisters, Myrtle "JoJo" and husband Gary Cuthbert and Doris "Daisy" Burrill; brother, Roy "Sonny" Kimbro; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Nona was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Yarbrough; daughter, JoAnn Dileo; and grandson, Clinton.
A visitation was held Monday. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., today, at Lynch Funeral Service. Burial will be at 2:15 p.m., Thursday, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
