Mary Jobe

Mary Jobe Mary Elizabeth Marshall Jobe, 81, of Wolfe City, Texas, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, in the Leonard Manor Nursing Home in Leonard, Texas.
Mrs. Jobe was born on Aug. 17, 1937, in Oklahoma City Okla., to Sam W. Marshall and Gladys M. Weeks Marshall. Mrs. Jobe attended Ladonia High School, and was a homemaker. She worked for Henington Studio for many years, and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Wolfe City.
Mary is survived by two daughters, Cathy Orum and husband Don of Wolfe City and Linda Kirkwood and husband Ronnie of Wolfe City; two sons, John Jobe and wife Tina of Wolfe City and Kenneth Jobe, also of Wolfe City; one sister, Barbara "Bobbie" Sparks of Hope, Ark.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Jobe was preceded in death by her infant son, Robert Jobe; parents; four brothers, Robert Marshall, Sam Marshall, Jack Marshall and William "Bill" Marshall; and one sister, Clara Jo Kennedy.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Jobe will be Friday, Dec. 7, at 2:30 p.m. in the R. W. Owens & Son Funeral Chapel in Wolfe City, conducted by Bro. Tim Hearn. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City, her with grandsons serving as Pallbearers. Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral Home, from 6 to 8 p.m.

I admired her strength in handling the many health issues that she faced
