Ernestine Martin, 92, of Greenville passed away Jan. 2, 2018. A graveside service is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Jan, 6, at Memoryland Memorial Park with Deacon Lee Davis officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 5, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Mrs. Martin was born Oct. 10, 1925, in Nashville, Ark., to Ernest Shaddox and Cleo Walden. She married Clifford G. Martin on Dec. 18, 1949, in Shreveport, La. She was a homemaker, a member of St. William Catholic Church and a member of The Knights of Columbus.
She is survived by her sons, Clifford Martin Jr., and wife Laura of Clovis, N.M., and Phillip Martin of Kerrville; daughter Mary Appleby and husband John of Scottsdale, Ariz.; grandchildren Alden Hultgren and husband Hubert of Scottsdale; and Shannon Appleby of Seattle, Wash.; and great-grandchildren Hudson Hultgren and Ander Hultgren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband in 2012.
