DEBRA L. MOTON HEARD
Sep 20, 2019
My dearest Mrs. Waters, I am so terribly saddened by the passing of my precious namesake, Debra. I know that nothing anyone can say can ease your pain, because based on the love you always showered on me, I can't comprehend the love you must have had for her. My heart is bleeding for you, and I wish I could be near you to hold you close. I love you truly and I am fervently praying for you.
