Carol June Sprague, 67, of Greenville died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2017, at her home. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, at Kingston Baptist Church with Rev. Shawn Stubblefield officiating. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Sprague was born in Mount Vernon, Ind., on Dec. 14, 1949. She was the daughter of John Franklin Hale and Maudie Mae Johnson Hale. She married William R. Sprague on July 11, 2000, in Greenville. She was a member of Kingston Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, William Sprague; daughters Carole-Anne Randolph, Ginger Anne Kelley, and Twana Lynn Randolph-Clever; brothers Wayne Hale, Gordon Hale, and John David Hale; grandchildren Robby Lano Wood, Ryan Lee Wood, Devin Scott Kelley, Timothy Wayne Herman, Bailey Nathaniel Herman, Makayla Dawn Kelley, Maddison Eileen Smith, and Matthew Glenn Smith; great-grandchildren Kynslee Nicole Wood, Johnathan Mark Blount, Royce Lane Wood, Jaxon Cane Wood, Noah Alexander Blount, and IsaBella Rose Shadow, beloved mother-in-law Pat Rhoden; sister-in-law Rhonda Cody; niece Brandy Castanedas and husband Daniel; and great-niece Gabriella Castanedas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Paul Hale.
