Bruce was a longtime dedicated member of the workforce at Champion Cooler in Denison, Texas, where he was loved by his administration as well as his co-workers. He was a faithful member of Little Bethel Baptist Church in Ladonia, Texas, under the leadership of Pastor Cecil Jones.
Bruce met and married the love of his life, Charlotte L. Aubrey, on June 2, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Willie Fred Woodberry who rejoiced when he was reunited with him on March 12, 2017.
Visitation will be 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 17, at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home, 1209 Live Oak, Commerce.
