A memorial service for Betty Jean Eubanks, 84, of Cash, will be held Saturday, Jan. 6, at 2:30 p.m., at Cash Baptist Church, where she was a member. Rev. Larry Combs will officiate.
Betty passed away during the early morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017. She was born Feb. 9, 1933, in South Sulphur to Carter M. Harris and Connie Foster-Harris.
During her working years, Betty was employed in Food Service for Greenville Independent School District. She married (J.W.) James Woodrow Eubanks in Wolfe City on May 16, 1948.
Survivors include daughters, Darlene Inkell (Tony), Evelyn Eubanks (Mike), Marilyn Eubanks, Connie Stein (Bennett); son, James Eubanks; grandchildren, Alan Messick, Davina Moriarty, Craig Malcom, Jamie Nichlson, Michael and Gary Sickles, Amanda Santana, Jason and Justin Eubanks; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband J.W.; daughter Brenda Sickles; granddaughter Brandy Sickles; four sisters and four brothers.
Donations can be made in Betty's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
